Introductory Call
A conversation with one of the founders to discuss your experience, our mission, and whether there's a mutual fit.

Technical / Portfolio Discussion
A deeper dive into your skills. This stage is tailored to the role to assess your expertise in a practical context. For engineers, it usually involves a coding interview.
03
Paid Work Project
We believe the best way to get to know each other is to build something together. We offer a paid, two-day project (which can be done over a weekend or evenings) to work closely with the founders on a real problem.

Offer
Following the project, we provide clear feedback and a decision.
