AI Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and refine the core intelligence of our AI agent, pushing the boundaries of what it can understand and accomplish in complex financial workflows.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our LLMs, from model selection and sophisticated prompt engineering to running robust evaluation pipelines.

• Implement techniques like supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning to continuously enhance model performance, reliability, and accuracy.

• Long-term, we want you to become a technical leader in our company, owning our core AI systems, leading people, and building the team.

What you will need

• Evidence that you are a top-decile AI/ML engineer.

• High agency and a drive to solve problems from first principles.

• High determination and a relentless focus on performance and quality.

• Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required:

  • Context engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

  • LLM evaluation frameworks

  • Supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning (RL)
